Processing Time

All items are made to order. Production and preparation require 5–7 business days before shipment, as every piece is crafted with attention to detail and natural material variations.

Shipping Time

Once your item is ready, it will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
We provide tracking for every order, and you will receive your tracking number via email as soon as your product has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at support@lampartworks.com within 24 hours. After this period, we may not be able to modify the shipping details.

Damaged Items

All items are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with:

After verification, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
